He/Him

Jonathan is a passionate and skilled massage therapist who brings a unique blend of scientific knowledge and holistic care to his practice. With a Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Sciences from Northern Arizona University, Jonathan’s deep understanding of human physiology and anatomy informs his therapeutic approach. His massage therapy education at East West College of the Healing Arts in Portland, Oregon, further honed his expertise in techniques such as Deep Tissue Massage, Structural Bodywork, and Tui Na massage.

Originally from Phoenix, Arizona, Jonathan moved to Portland in 2023, drawn to the natural beauty of the Pacific Northwest. He’s an outdoor enthusiast who enjoys hiking, rock climbing, snowboarding, and gardening in his free time. His love for nature and the outdoors is evident in the holistic, grounded approach he brings to his massage practice. Jonathan’s journey into massage therapy began with a personal experience, recovering from a severe snowboarding injury that left him in chronic pain for nearly a year. After receiving life-changing bodywork that helped him regain mobility and relief, he became inspired to help others experiencing chronic pain.

His massage sessions are not only focused on relaxation but are also intuitive and treatment-based, addressing the structural connections in the body to promote healing and long-term well-being. Jonathan’s clients appreciate his compassionate, intuitive touch and his ability to create a tailored experience that meets their specific needs, whether it’s relieving chronic pain, enhancing mobility, or providing a supportive space for his client’s healing. His background in biomedical sciences allows him to offer a unique combination of scientific understanding and empathetic care.

When he’s not in the massage room, Jonathan can be found rock climbing at local gyms, snowboarding in the mountains, or enjoying time on the Oregon coast. Jonathan continues to expand his knowledge, currently enrolled in Structural Integration training in the 2026 cohort of the Inner Dynamics Academy for Structural Integration (IDA-SI).
