“Jay's structural integration work is transformational. I am a licensed massage therapist, and throughout my life, I received many massages. Jay's bodywork is not like any of the massages I received. It's unique. It connects your body with your breathe and brings you to the present moment and allows your body to release the tension and/or past trauma. It is very impactful. The way Jay walks you through the sessions and holds the space for you is quite magical. At the end of the session, you feel the shift in your energy level. Highly recommended.
